I got a free copy from the author this morning. W.J. O'Donnell is my father's boss. LOL (I didn't know he wrote it.) Anyways, I also found a great paper @ Science Direct. "Strength Tests of Axially Symmetric Perforated Plates for Chemical Reactors"
