I didn't waive a right to see recommendation letters, What should i do

In summary, waiving your right to see recommendation letters means that you will not be able to view the contents of these letters and they will remain confidential between the writer and recipient. This is done to show trust in the writer's assessment and allow for a more candid evaluation. Once you have waived your right, you cannot change your mind and request to see the letters. If you did not waive your right, it is important to respect the writer's confidentiality. There may be exceptions to waiving your right, such as for government positions or security clearances, to ensure fairness and protection of confidential information.

I'm an international student.
I didn't know that not waiving the right makes the letters less effective. There was no warning sign.
I just randomly chose no and consistently did so for all my applications.
And one professor already sent a letter.

How much will this hurt my application?
Can I change this option?
