I want a simple circuit for 555timer

I want a simple circuit for 555timer to transfer the analoge output from the sensor to a digital output using the 0804ADC contionusly with 1 sec delay and how the output from the pin 3 for this 555timer IC chip will be?

To repeat the often said mantra here: You have to show effort.

Go to Google and search for your chips (804 ADC and 555 timer). There will be many tutorials and examples. Use these to put together a circuit that you think is correct. Someone here will then help you with it.
