See attached page. My guess the author is Roy, and the book is his Orbital Motion. I have a few more copied pages. Maybe someone has his book and can compare it to the first page of chapter 4?

Very good. I tried a "Look Inside" on Amazon, but there wasn't any--just a cover. Google books sure doesn't give much area to a displayed page.
