Philips Hue was the first company to offer smart LED bulbs that can be controlled wirelessly, but identifying specific models has become challenging due to the variety of versions released over time. The Hue app provides some information about the bulb model, but it often requires cross-referencing with details printed on the bulb itself. A reference table has been created on Citizendium to help identify Philips Hue smart bulbs, but it currently includes only nine of the most commonly used models. Users are encouraged to contribute additional information to enhance the table, either by joining the wiki or by contacting the original poster. This collaborative effort aims to provide a more comprehensive resource for Philips Hue bulb identification.

Philips Hue was the very first provider of smart LED bulbs that can be controlled wirelessly. Over the years, as Philips sold ever improved models of smartbulbs, it became very difficult to identify exactly which model one of their bulbs is. Once I've installed a smart bulb, there is some additional information in the Hue app about the bulb model, but even then, I found that it requires information from both the app and from what's printed on the outside of bulb to be sure what the actual model (and its characteristics) is.

I am posting here because someone has now created such a reference table with sufficient details for identifying Philips Hue smart bulbs. It is on Citizendium (search for Philips Hue). However, it only contains 9 models (albeit the most commonly used ones). The table there is not complete. If you own other Hue smart bulbs and would like to help improve the reference table there, you could join that wiki and make changes yourself, or alternatively, message me on here with the information and I will try to get it added to the table.

4 step sequence: 1. 2 quarts boiling water down the sink or tub drain. Boiling: 220 deg. F., not just hot. Softens up the clog. Then add 2. 2 cups (16 ounces) Drano (gel or liquid, commercial drain opener). Wait one full hour to let it work. Then add 3. 2 cups (16 ounces) bleach down the drain. 'Double whammy'! Wait another hour for that brew to work. Then, finally, pour another 4. 2 quarts boiling water down the drain. Flush well after that. This has worked twice now for...
