Any way to easily extract the sodium out of a unit of table salt. Due to the dangers of Cl2 gas I will use a fume hood. Is there any way to isolate the sodium metal without high temperature
electrolysis.

Chlorine is not your only problem. Pure sodium metal is also highly reactive, especially in the presence of moisture or oxygen.
 
No easy and safe way of producing sodium from NaCl.
