k is the proportionality constant of restoring force over displacement. Or with respect to displacement?

Also, angular frequency is the derivative of what? Theta with respect to time right? No that is angular velocity (which is not the same as angular speed or angular frequency).

Elastic modulus. And it should be F = -kx.

angular frequency = angular speed = magnitude of (the vector) angular velocity.
