The Attempt at a Solution

Normally when there's is a problem with a number n raised to a power over another number n raised to a power I take the ratio of the two to get what the limit equals. What is confusing me is the 10^n. Will the ratio be 10/1? or is the answer 0 for this limit?

Thank you.
