Nah, you think that's why they let you in the hospitals? they steal your kidneys and then get your cash in the hospitals.. you can still survive with kidneys, but the cash part is major, after we get your kidneys we sell them to your old relatives in America who might be in need of kidneys..

Its actually a rather long story(more than a year long), but the short answers to your questions would be extremely, and yes, respectively. The situation is...complicated, to say the very least.
