So yeah... Is there a way of doing " measuring " electricity and not using probes? Laser perked?

There are non-contact hand-held AC voltage detectors like the one below. But they are just threshold detectors, without a quantitative readout. They use the person as the "ground" reference for the AC E-field detection...

Any instrument that can check quantitative value ? :) Not even star track could grasp this concept :)
