New Approach To Tackle College Cost

I recently posted something that actually shocked me about the math standards at US High Schools.

However, I came across a whole new approach that does a Bachelor's for free starting in year 11:

That offers hope, in fact, way ahead of anything here in Australia.

So is this just for a BS Math degree, or will they offer degrees in some other fields?
 
I'm not convinced of the value of such a degree.

Huh, you're right. I got my impression from the table of contents of bhobba's 2nd link in the Table of Contents:

Currently, about half of university freshmen struggle with coursework. These are former high school seniors. What makes the authors of this program feel that Juniors are as ready for university coursework?
