Plz help-Numerical based on 3 parallel plates -Find the charge problem

Q} Three identical metal plates with large surface areas are kept parallel to each other.The leftmost plate is given a charge Q and the rightmost plate a charge -Q and the middle one remains neutral.Find the charge appearing on the outer surface of rightmost plate.

Sir please help me with this numerical.
The answer is -Q/2 but i am not able to understand the concept..

what will the charges be on all the other surfaces?

why do you think the two outermost surfaces have those particular charges?​

well ... this question can be easily solved if you just use Gauss theorem.
