Woah, relax Moonie...I just got here. I'll be officially conjoined sunday around noon (9 days to from today); which will be late saturday night, for you. Right now, I'm too busy eating  and shopping

I think the word "conjoined" is a little too specific for my taste.

Okay, we'll have the champagne on Sunday!

We should throw a PF bachelor party for you!

MIH was willing to play the role of the scantily clad woman for you.

I hope I ordered enough beer...

...because that squirrel from the caption competition thread showed up, and I think he's going to drink us all under the table.

And we all know what's hanging out under the table...

I'm finally back. The last month has been a blast. Now it's back to the drudgery !

Let me first to welcome you back and congratulate you.

I presume you are now married.

Welcome back, and I hope married life is treating you well.

Welcome back Gokul!

Is the reality of "husband and wife" starting to sink in yet?

To think that until Gokul started this thread, I didn't even know he was "involved" with someone...I was going to try fixing him up with a post-doc in my lab. I guess that won't be happening now.

It doesn't really feel very different, being married. I was promised strong emotional waves and such...but they never came. I guess it's probably because we've been going around for donkeys' years now.

I'll see if I can find a picture or two to put up...still haven't unpacked completely !

Welcome back, Gokul. We really missed you. I hope you had a great time. If you have a chance to share a pic or two with us, that would be super!

Ah, the obligatory question to be asked of all newlyweds.

Personally, I think they've been conjoining WAY prior to their nuptuals. Didn't I read somewhere about the arrival of a Gokuling about a year ago (or more?)? And isn't there even ANOTHER Gokuling lurking around somewhere? Or am I just dazed and confused in thinking that Gukul leads multiple lives in various worldly locations?

aawww I'm very happy for you. Not to worry, the strong emotional waves and such, will hit you in about 5 years. hmm its either that or the frying pan will hit you in about 5 years..I keep forgetting which:redface:

   Note: for the first 5 years of marriage, buy only cheap, lightweight frying pans.

No lings in the pipeline...or in the plans, as of now. Tsu is surely confusing me with someone else. I never claimed possession of lings. Hypatia : I'll look out for those flying waves/pans. Perhaps I should build myself a reinforced aluminum helmet that will stop both the pans and the waves from intimately interacting with my skull.

And here's a picture of us...

WOW! She is GORGEOUS!

Gokul, Id say you're lucky, but you're so awesome, I guess I can only say that I wish the two of you the best of luck and no flying pans.

Wow! She is indeed gorgous! You are a lucky man Gokul.

Speaking of fry pans.. makes me think of a book I just completed. Perhaps I'll start a thread.

What a sweet looking couple you two make! That's a cute pose in that photo too. I have to wonder how Indian women can sit still long enough to have all that Henna artwork done on their hands and arms for the weddings! I thought sitting still for a manicure was bad enough. :bugeye:

Gokul, I wish you and your wife many years, much happiness, much success, and many blessings upon your home.

You just need to cut back on your coffee intake, Moonbie. :)

Congratulations again, Gokul. Now remember your promise to come visit Chicago again this summer. You two have a standing invitation to my place.

Zz.
