Problem with Google Talk and MSN Messenger 7.5

Lately wheneve I startup google talk then enter a username and password, the signin button is not becoming active, hence i cannot click it to login.

As for messenger 7.5 beta i got to use it about twice, after that I just get an error, "this service is not currently available."

I think that I will just format my computer and hope that these problems would be solved.

MSN Messenger 7.5 final has been out for a while now. I'm not sure the beta is still supposed to connect.
