When I attempted to save my personal web page to my user account details, the system displays a "oops" popup claiming that the content is spam and won't allow me to save. What is the problem, and how does one contact an admin?

Hmm, I'm guessing the link you are trying to add has issues. Can you send me a PM with the link? (click on my avatar and "Start a Conversation".

You just did. :wink: In general, click the "Report" link in your post to file a report that is viewed by all of the Mentors and Admins. :smile:
