Users are experiencing issues when trying to save personal web page links to their accounts, as the system incorrectly flags the content as spam. This results in an "oops" popup that prevents saving. To resolve this, users are advised to send a private message with the problematic link to a forum member. Additionally, users can contact admins by clicking the "Report" link in their posts, which alerts Mentors and Admins to the issue. Addressing these spam detection problems is crucial for a smoother user experience.

When I attempted to save my personal web page to my user account details, the system displays a "oops" popup claiming that the content is spam and won't allow me to save. What is the problem, and how does one contact an admin?

Hmm, I'm guessing the link you are trying to add has issues. Can you send me a PM with the link? (click on my avatar and "Start a Conversation".

You just did. In general, click the "Report" link in your post to file a report that is viewed by all of the Mentors and Admins.
