Could anybody speculate about how would a civilization behave if they could use quantum mechanics in their technology?
I know I'm not being very specific. Just a speculative question.

Simple: it would behave as us, since we are already using QM in technology

As lightarrow has queried, your question is rather puzzling. The computer you used to be on this forum IS a result of quantum mechanics! Look into the physics of semiconductors, which is the material used to make transistors.

I'm also moving this out of the physics subforums, which should contain only topics with actual physics content.

Zz.

Ok, I'm agree. But what about Quantum Computing?
