does anybody know a book, where the compton-scattering with respect to the initial photon-polarisation is calculated? (beside landau-lifschitz-berestetzki)

I assume you mean a computation of the cross section without averaging over the initial polarization. I believe this is done (though I haven't checked to be sure) in Bjorken and Drell vol.1, and also in Weinberg vol.1.
