Should I Avoid Using Internet Explorer in Europe Due to a Potential Leak?

From different Dutch and German sources we are warned not to use Internet Explorer for now due to a leak that could be used for hacking. I don't see any warnings in English though.

The update to fix it is expected tomorrow.
