TL;DR
Book suggestion for cosmic ray and magnetic field in galaxies.
I am a Junior UG student in Physics. We have an introductory course on astrophysics. It includes modules on cosmic ray and magnetic field in galaxies. I have a basic acquaintance with QM (up to Hydrogen atom problem). I also had a course on basic particle physics. (Very rudimentary. Mainly intro to particle zoo and conservation principles and almost no math). For astrophysics, I am following Carroll & Ostlie. But I have not found much about these topics there. Any good comprehensible paper introducing basic of those topics for undergrads is also helpful. Most books I find are at a too advanced level and focus on mainly Nuclear Astrophysics. I need a basic idea. Any suggestion will be really helpful.
