The T9 feature on cell phones is recognized for its ability to streamline text messaging, making it easier and faster to send SMS messages. Users report that while it may take some time to adapt to, T9 effectively predicts words, enhancing typing efficiency. To utilize T9 and add new words to the dictionary, users should consult their phone's owner's manual, as the process can vary by device. Some phones allow new words to be added automatically when using the ABC entry mode, while others may have restrictions. Resources like t9.com can provide additional assistance for users looking to enhance their T9 experience.

Does anyone here knows how to use this t9 feature in cell phones? Some says it's the easiest way to crank out quick SMS messages. Does it really works?

It certainly does make text messaging easier. You should look in your phone's owner's manual for information on how to use it on your phone.

Takes a small amount of getting used to, but it definitely works and is very time saving. My new phone will attempt to predict the next word before you've even started typing it!

Thanks for the replies guys. I've seen the manual but don't have any idea how to add new words..
