SUMMARY

The forum discussion centers on the schedule for the "Open Problems in Loop Quantum Gravity" conference held in Zakopane, Poland, from February 28 to March 4, 2010. Key presentations include Roberto Pereira's insights on new spin foam models and Thomas Thiemann's exploration of LQG dynamics. Notably, Lionel Mason's talk on "Twistors and Feynman amplitudes" raised questions regarding its relevance to Loop Quantum Gravity, as no related papers were found in his bibliography. The event anticipates participation from over 90 attendees, with opportunities for informal discussions.

PREREQUISITES
  • Understanding of Loop Quantum Gravity (LQG)
  • Familiarity with spin foam models
  • Knowledge of canonical gravity dynamics
  • Basic concepts of quantum field theory
NEXT STEPS
  • Research the latest developments in spin foam models
  • Explore Thomas Thiemann's work on LQG dynamics
  • Investigate the implications of twistors in quantum gravity
  • Study the relationship between LQG and semiclassical limits
USEFUL FOR

Researchers, physicists, and students interested in advanced topics in quantum gravity, particularly those focusing on Loop Quantum Gravity and spin foam models.

THURSDAY'S TALK "Lionel Mason: Twistors and Feynman amplitudes" puzzled me. I looked at the list of papers of this author, and didn't find anything related to LQG:
