is it possible to UN-entangle two entangled particles?

if so, how?

Perform a measurement on both of them. Then as they evolve after the measurement, they are no longer entangled.

Performing a measurement on one of them suffices. For instance, if you have to photons which are in the "twin state" i.e. entangled with respect to polarization, all you need to do is send one of them through a polarizer.
