The discussion centers around the existence of substantial black budgets within the U.S. military, with participants speculating on the implications for advanced technology and UFO sightings. Many believe that reported UFOs could actually be secret military aircraft, suggesting that the space shuttle serves as a cover for more advanced projects. Participants reference historical examples of military technology kept secret for decades, such as stealth aircraft. The conversation includes debates over specific UFO sightings and the validity of explanations like ice particles versus advanced propulsion systems. Overall, there is a consensus that black projects exist and are likely tied to military advancements and secrecy.

It is closed due to an aganst the terms of service post (since deleted), to stop it from spiraling out of control. Feel free to start a new thread on it (hey - here's one!).
Damn that's a shame, it was turning out to be an interesting thread.
Im assuming someone was getting personal for their post to be deleted,,,,

Sorry overdose; not your fault but I didn't like the turn the other thread had taken. At the slightest hint of flaming I may close a thread. At the least I will delete the post. I was thinking of repopening later when I comment on your post, instead maybe I will just add a link later.

Even though we are given a great deal of latitude here, we can't allow threads to run rampant with bogus conspriracy theories. As long as we keep a serious discussion going I have no problem.

Let me clarify a little here. For the most part, anyone is free to argue whatever point they wish. Posts will only be deleted if they are in serious violation of the rules of the forum. This usually means the use of foul and abusive language, or the intial post was spam, or we are getting into religion. I will not delete arguments because I don't like them. I may close a thread if I think the arguments are exhausted and going nowhere, and I may close a thread if the prevailing argument is nonsensical, however in either case this is rare.
