Not sure if there is a clickable link but you can make a URL: Take the normal link to a page, e.g.

https://www.physicsforums.com/threads/space-stuff-and-launch-info.879196/page-57

and change page to something very large and add #footer:

https://www.physicsforums.com/threads/space-stuff-and-launch-info.879196/page-5700#footer

Edit: /latest is more elegant.

If you're looking at the thread list in a forum (like below), you can click on the date of the latest post in the upper right of each thread title box. That takes you to the last post in the thread.
