How do you use additional information? I press on it and does nothing

On your profile you can edit and put I. Your additional info
 
Under Your Profile > Edit Your Details, I see a section labeled "Additional Information", with fields for Biography, Country, Interests, etc.

I'm using a web browser on my computer. Are you using the mobile app? Maybe it's different in the app.
