Validity for australian advanced level in UK

Hai friends! Currently iam doing australian advanced level in ACBT in Sri lanka.And i hope to get my bachelors in theoretical physics.So i want to know whether Uk universities will accept australian a/l i mean australian a/l =uk a/l ? Thank you!
