Velocity formula of a deflating rubber balloon

Hi,

One of my students asked me about the velocity model of the movement of a deflating rubber balloon. I googled and didn't find an answer to that problem. Then I collected some papers to give him some clue how to find the answer.
I wonder if the problem has been solved or he is the first researcher :)
