What are the Best Books for College Physics with Tough Problems?

Any suggestions for books with introductory college subjects(Classical Mechanics, Electromagnetism, Thermodynamics,etc) containing tough problems? Looking at IPhO level here.

Consider using past papers for example http://www.physics.ox.ac.uk/olympiad/PastPapers.html or http://ipho.phy.ntnu.edu.tw/problems-and-solutions_2.html. You can always print them.

There is also https://www.amazon.com/dp/8183552153/?tag=pfamazon01-20 which I don't know at all.
