I searched for a thread but couldn't find one...

Saw this a while back:

Hawking to write children's book - http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/5075516.stm
Physicist Stephen Hawking and his daughter are to write a science book for children which will be "a bit like Harry Potter", but without the magic.
Just thought it may be of interest.

I bet most of the readers will be adults not children...o:)

"...and all of a sudden he tunneled through barrier and came to platform 1/137."

I wish Gamow would come out of his grave and do the job of writing a book for kids. I just loved Mr.Tompkins in Paperback.

Erm, well I'm hoping I won't be the only one over the age of... oh, ten or so, that'll surely buy this book... What can I say, I love the way he writes... :!)

I wonder if it will be anything like "A Wrinkle in Time", by Madeleine L'Engle?
