What is Steady State Torque and How is it Calculated?

Can someone tell me what Steady State (Operating) Torque is and how to calculate it?

I'm guessing that it is the troque at operating speed.

Any help would be appreciated.

It isn't something easily calculated unless the specific application lends itself to it. You'll have to give us a whole lot more information if we are to be able to help you.
