The number of molecules per cubic metre of air at standard temperature and pressure is about 2.7X10^25 / m^3 . What is the average separation of these molecules?

I know the number of molecules is derived from the equation pv=nRT.But what does average separation of molecules mean and how do i calculate it? Your help is very much appreciated.
