Where Can I Find Time-Series Membrane Potential Data for Cognitive Experiments?

Is there a database of time-series data for membrane potentials (i.e. spike trains) in cognitive experiments (ideally, several different kinds of cognitive experiments).

I've spent some time googling, but using the word data gives me a lot of data analysis papers, not the data itself.
