I am in high school bu let me guess the answer.I think this question is something like this,Why proton has a charge 1,6 10-19C ? or Why are we here.?

I'd suggest that you do a little reading about fundamental particles, and then you can ask specific questions in the appropriate technical (or homework) forum. It helps a lot if you can post links to what you have been reading when you ask your questions here. :smile:
