Can you provide more context here? Your post is very non-specific.

Are you using Arduino, Raspberry-PI, something else?

Are you using ROS on your device?

Hi yes its Arduino, , the problem I have is I don't get a progamming screen come up, and the help line dosent work, if you are willing to take a look its at http://feenove.com/fnk0031. thanks in advance.

All the best woolie.

Sadly, I don't think I can help much here. I did try your URL link but it was either blocked or it's wrong. I got the "site can't be reached" message.

When you say programming screen is that on your computer or an LCD on your spider bot?

Sory that link should have worked but I have a direct link here http://freenove.com/fnk0031 the programing screen should come up on the Arduino soft ware but I have looked and looked and canot find it, may be I am stupid, but I have tried the help line but the link for that dosent work.

Thanks for any help woolie.

Maybe look to youtube channels about tutorials on using arduino. I thought there'd be some icon on your desktop to click and a window would popup.

So you did a formal install of Arduino. Did you have the prerequisites?

The arduino interface is based on the Processing IDE interface so I would expect an icon on your desktop to click.

Here's some discussion on the Arduino forum about this condition for Windows 10:
