Superposition Diagram Reduction
Please click the image to enlarge it http://img237.imageshack.us/img237/3605/untitlednu9.th.jpg I'm having trouble seeing how this circuit was reduced. Can anyone shed some light on it for me? My question pertains to the second solution in the image. I see that the 12k and 4k...- Mesmer

Which way is the current flowing?
This is where my confusion lies. In your equation the 6mA is leaving the node (k) and the other currents are entering (+ entering, - leaving). why is this? If I can just get past this hole in my thinking I'll be ok I think- Mesmer

Which way is the current flowing?
I understand what you are saying, but I have to solve it using nodal analysis. I just want to know which way the currents are flowing into and out of the nodes.Yes it can be done how you are suggesting and it makes the problem much simpler, but that is not the point of this exercise for me.- Mesmer

How Can I Improve My Time Management Skills to Save My College Career?
I have a problem that I need to solve in a hurry or my college career will soon be over. My problem is I work too slow. Probability Problems: P(X≤15)=0.3, P(15<X≤24)=0.6, P(X>20)=0.5
Let P(X\leq \15)= 0.3, P(15\less X \leq24)=6 and (P X > 20) = 0.5I don't understand how I would find this probability: P(15\lessX\leq20 The answer is 0.2.- Mesmer

Set Notation in Probability: Clarifying the Meaning of Union and Intersection
I'm having a little difficulty understaning the notation used in my probability class. Would someone tell me if I'm on the right track with it :) A\cup B is the event "either A or B or both." Does this mean that A and B can happen together and that A or B can happen alone? A\cap B...- Mesmer
