We current abbreviate this year as 09, however abbreviating 2010 as "10" just doesn't sound right. Does "010" work?

I expect to see '10. The apostrophe has been a common replacement for the preceding decimals.

It doesn't sound right to me until even the 2020's... '15... '19'... '13... they don't sound right.

1/1/10 .. 10/10/10 .. 2/5/10
doesn't look weird to me.

I don't remember anything about ..

10 years ago that looked weird to me. Not anymore, because I have gotten used to it.

We'll get used to '10, '11, etc. as well.
