What jobs are available for Astrophysicists?

University faculty, professor, scholar, researcher, planetariums positions. Industries include education, government, space science, nuclear engineering, optics, and photography.

Backup plans may include patent office clerk, trolling physicsforums.com, and pole dancing.
 
With slow economy which can last long, any job market is not so bright, especially this area has little practical use. But as an amature I like this area and it makes me updated and remember science knowledge. I wish we can have a much bigger Hubble telescope, at least 100 times more powerful.
