What are the best colleges in Missouri for bachelor degree computer science programs? I've looked around and the main ones I see are Washington University in St.Louis, Columbia University, and Rolla University (Although they are called something different now, Science & Technology I think). But none of these (excluding Rolla to an extent) really specialize in computer science. For a bachelors degree, should I even be worried about colleges specializing in that area, or is it not a big deal at this point? I'm mainly limiting it to Missouri due to the tuition increase when you go somewhere out of state. Anyone have any opinions on this?

And what is CIS?

Computer Information Systems was my first thought.

Well, let's see what the OP says.

Computer Information Sciences is what I mean by CIS. I guess it is sometimes just CS for Computer Science.
