Anyone has the original paper on the Bose-Einstein condensate? Searched on Google without any success.
The discussion revolves around locating the original paper on Bose-Einstein condensate, specifically the works by Albert Einstein and Satyendranath Bose. Participants explore different papers related to the topic, including the original announcement and subsequent works.
Participants generally agree on the existence of the original paper and its significance, but there is no consensus on the specifics of the translation error or the best resources to access the papers.
There are references to translation issues and the quality of available resources, but no resolution on the implications of these errors or the completeness of the links provided.
The paper written by Einstein and Satyendranath Bose announcing their discovery.Alloymouse said:Are you referring to the original paper Eric Cornell which described its creation, or the paper that first described it?

That's a good observation. There is only one answer to that question. In the English translation (first link), in the very first paragraph, it's written Mr. D. Bose, whereas it should have been Mr. S. Bose. That's the only problem. Translation error? Let me ask for clarification from the person who posted the answer.Alloymouse said:Allow me to direct you to this link:

Anyways, in the second link, you could take a look at the "Acknowledgements" section - there are 2 more links you could follow to keep digging around
