Calculating Organ Dose w/ FMESE4+FM

I am trying to calculate the organ dose deposited energy of photon and electron.
is it possible to use FMESE4 +FM to get the energy?
If possible, how to define the FM card?

FMESH4:pl track-length tally over 3D mesh, pl = N (neutron) or P (photon) or E (electron)

Unless otherwise specified with an FM card, tallies are normalized to one source particle.
