A stream of water at 300 Deg K flowing into a mixture at a velocity of 5m/s. Another stream of water at 400 Deg K is flowing in at 8 m/s.How to calculate the final velocity and temperature of the fluid after mixing?

Please find the attached image? If it requires any c/s dimensions please assume..
