Can anyone please recommend me a good textbook for Linear Algebra? I want a good textbook for Linear Algebra with lots of practice problems and less theoretical problems. Please tell me the name of the textbook, edition, and author. Thanks.

The book by Meyer is very very good: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008UB4KJI/?tag=pfamazon01-20 It really relates to practical problems. It has theory, but it's only things necessary for applications. Everything is really motivated through and through.
