The discussion centers on the effectiveness of Baby Einstein tapes for adults and whether there is a market for such products. Skeptics argue that there is no evidence supporting the efficacy of these tapes for babies, let alone adults, labeling the concept as a scam. The origin of the Baby Einstein idea is traced back to a single study involving university students, which suggested that listening to soothing classical music could improve exam performance compared to heavy metal music. While some users acknowledge that the tapes provide visual and auditory stimuli that may enhance relaxation and learning, the overall consensus leans towards skepticism regarding their actual benefits.

do you think these work on adults?
or do you think there is a market for Einstein tapes for adults?
There's isn't proof it even works on babies, let alone adults.

If there's a market for Power Crystals there's a market for Baby Einstein tapes. Will they work? Of course not! They don't work on babies it was always just a scam. The whole baby einstein thing started from a SINGLE study on UNI STUDENTS that found that if a student listened to soothing classical music before an exam vs. heavy metal they performed better. That's where it all comes from.

I bought the Baby Einstein dvds after a friend suggested it. If they work or not? I can't say this for sure. But they provide visual and auditory stimuli which can relax and enhance learning, so I guess there's no harm done.

Today was a good day here in Northern Wisconsin. Fall colors are here, no mosquitos, no deer flies, and mild temperature, so my morning run was unusually nice. Only two meetings today, and both went well. The deer that was road killed just down the road two weeks ago is now fully decomposed, so no more smell. Somebody has a spike buck skull for their...
