OR crosses the normal boundaries of science, so it may be applied mathematics, engineering, or general discussion.

As any OR officer knows, perfection is impossible. If it turns out there was a second-best place, then your thread will be moved there later by a moderator. In the meantime, stop procrastinating, pick the third-best place, and post it there. By definition, if you post it somewhere, that place will always be third-best. That is OR.
