Welcome aboard, Renwei.
I don't know a lot about politics or geography, so I'm going solely based upon my limited knowledge of China. If you intend to stay there, I think that structural would be most useful. You guys need a lot of infrastructure such as bridges, roads, railways, canals etc. to support your massive population. There are, of course, more glamourous pursuits such as getting involved with your space programme, but it might be considerably harder to gain employment in that area.

Nanotechnology would be fine.

studying English would also be an asset
