I was thinking that what is solid reason behind the failure of Classical Mechanics in Black body radiation? Why classical mechanics not explain the curve at lower or higher range of frequncies.

The reason is the 'Ultraviolet Catastrophe', which is predicted by the Rayleigh-Jeans Law that relates black-body energy emission to frequency and predicts that the energy emitted by a black body increases without limit as frequency increases. Experimental evidence tells us that the UV catastrophe does not happen.

The law is described here, but the proof itself is rather long. David Bohm's text 'Quantum Theory' begins with a proof of this law.
