You might want to expand on your question a bit before expecting an answer. What do you mean by "Proportion" (and "Quantum", for that matter) and what exactly is your concern?

We have 2 important theory in physics
1. Proportion ( tell about the huge space and too big properties ) / Einstein /
2. Quantum ( tell about the small size of universe : atoms and their properties )
That s easy to understand ; how can u connect these theory ?
