SUMMARY

The discussion focuses on connecting a heating pad using two identical resistors and four single-pole switches to control the heating levels: Off, Medium, Low, and High. Users suggest placing one heating pad under each side for balanced warmth. A request for a circuit diagram to illustrate the electrical connections between the switches and resistors is emphasized, indicating a need for visual guidance in the setup.

PREREQUISITES
  • Basic understanding of electrical circuits
  • Knowledge of resistor values and their impact on heating
  • Familiarity with single-pole switch configurations
  • Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams
NEXT STEPS
  • Research how to create circuit diagrams using tools like Fritzing or CircuitLab
  • Learn about resistor configurations and their effects on heating elements
  • Explore the principles of single-pole switch wiring
  • Investigate safety measures for working with heating pads and electrical components
USEFUL FOR

Electronics enthusiasts, DIY hobbyists, and anyone interested in building or modifying heating pad circuits for personal use.

Put one under your left side, and one under your right side. Should work well.

thanks for your answer, but i need the circuit diagram for connect the switch to resistor

sketch what you think one or two look like - electrically of course!
