What is your actual question? What you have written is so wide open that I can only refer you to Kirchoff's Laws - but I guess that may not help too much.
 
how to determine series and parallel connections in a resistors when multiple batteries are used?

The same way as you do when there are no batteries, one battery or 375 batteries.

Resistors in parallel are connected between the same two nodes.

Two resistors in series have one node common to both but to no other components.
