Look at 8.01 for instance, it was filmed in 1999, but all the videos are uploaded in 2008.

I am a little confused why they waited like 9 years to upload the lectures?

I think perhaps the lectures were filmed for MIT students, and only later did they release it to the public.

Just an assumption though.
 
If the professor releases all of the lectures online as they're given, how can he expect any students to show up to the actual lecture? :biggrin:
